Yes, that one.
Well, it turns out it’s Bulbourne Workshop, where lock-gates and other canalistic mechanisms were made. It dates back to 1847 and was one of only 5 workshops in the UK to produce lock-gates until it was closed only recently. It’s now used as a forge by local artist blacksmith, Paul Elliott.
